AIRE OFF THE BUS

The days of submarket bus tours are over for Chicago's industrial real estate brokers. The Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers had done it the old school way since '95 (that's 2008, above) but is hosting its second annual virtual bus tour tomorrow at 2pm at the Riverways Auditorium. Google Earth and video will show 30 properties up for grabs in the 110M SF O'Hare submarket, plus updates on ongoing projects like the airport expansion, East-West Bypass, and Des Plaines Casino.
