This is what you could see from your window if you purchase one of the highest residential units with outdoor space in the city. The81st floor penthouse units at Aqua Tower, with the wavy balconies, are just being completed and ready for move in, says Magellan'sSharon Auda. (Maybe someday it will be warm enough to actually enjoy that space.) This is the view from the southeast unit, one of six on the top floor. Each unit is about 1,800 SF and asking price is$1.2M.
The interiors aren't too shabby either, with hardwood floors and granite counter tops, two bedrooms and two and a half extra-large bathrooms. The open floor plan has 14-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows to bring in the light. The 600 SF of balcony wraps around the south and east sides of the unit. The condos in Aqua are more than 73% sold, with more than half of the units closed.
