3 Mag Mile Buildings On Sale

Weeks after Wisconsin Investment Board hired Cushman & Wakefield to sell a three-building retail space on North Michigan Avenue, the company has begun marketing the properties, which C&W says could together net over $300M. Nike, Cole Haan and Garmin each have retail outlets in the buildings at 663, 669 and 673 N Michigan Ave. The properties total about 23.6K SF and sit on the Mag Mile with "advantageous zoning and no historic landmark restrictions," according to Globest. And Garmin is planning to leave the 15.6k SF storefront space. Ground-level rents on the Mag Mile average about $485/SF per year, according to C&W. [Globest]
