A math-challenged Obama chant? No, Transwestern's Tony Karmin helped Horwitz, Horwitz and Associates extend its 11k-SF  lease at 25 E. Washington for another decade. Aspire Properties  Dan Shannon repped the landlord. Tony said that the tenant started looking into new spaces about a year before their lease was up, but decided to stay in the current space, for which he negotiated 15% lower rent. ?It was just a fortunate time for their lease to be up,? Tony says. The law firm's lease runs through fall 2019.
