MERGER YIELDS DIVIDENDS

The merger of The Brackett Co and Flagship Capital Partners last year is starting to reap benefits, with the combined forces logging almost 14k SF of new leases and more than 60k SF of renewals. We recently assembled some of the newly created Brackett Flagship Properties team at their SouthPark office to find out how things are going. Saying ?howdy? is Charles Campbell, with Diane Rivers,Reed Griffith, and Brannen Edge. Brackett Flagship does office development, management, and leasing with an emphasis on medical tenants. Medical users tend to be more stable than standard office tenants, Rivers says. ?Doctors can't go home to work,? she says. ?They need an office.?
