Flagship Capital Partners recently completed a $16M, 1031 exchange on behalf of its investment clients for a 60k SF  medical office building  at 701 MedTech Park in Johnson City, Tenn.

 
Flagship Capital is the investment affiliate of Brackett Flagship Properties. Investors in the Tennessee building purchased property from part of the equity coming out of a sale earlier this year of a Charleston, SC, office campus occupied solely by Automated Trading Desk, Flagship?s Benjamin Bivens tells us. That building and 18 acres, which Flagship owned, sold for $27M to New York-based American Realty Capital. A CBRE brokerage team handled that sale.
