Tishman's Latest $316M Seaport Buy

Tishman Speyer has paid $316.5M for One Channel Center at the Seaport (entirely occupied by State Street Corp) and the nearby Channel Center Garage. Tishman, which is also developing major projects at the waterfront on Pier 4, acquired the properties on Monday through affiliates: One Channel Center LP and One Channel Center Parking LLC, according to the Boston Business Journal. The New York-based company paid $264.5M for the office building and $52M for the garage. [BBJ]
