State Street Boosts Quincy

After New York-based Street-Works pulled out of a $1.6B plan to redevelop Quincy center last year, the city's street cred needed a boost. In one deal that highlights its many positive attributes, State Street Bank, signed a long-term lease for 90k SF at 1 Heritage Drive in Heritage Landing in North Quincy. Landlord Campanelli director of leasing Peter Brown worked with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Frisoli, Matt Morgan, Dave Martel and Molly Davis. Repping State Street: CBRE’s Andy Majewski, Nat Kessler, Andy Hoar and Tim Howe.
