Kronos Kicks Off New HQ

Kronos Inc, one of the largest tech employers in Massachusetts, held a Golden Sledgehammer ceremony recently for the groundbreaking of the company’s new $40M, 435k SF corporate HQ in Lowell.

Snapped: Rep. Rady Mom; Sen. Eileen Donoghue; Kronos CEO Aron Ain; Lowell Rep. David Nangle; Rep. Thomas Golden; and Massachusetts’ Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Jay Ash.

Aron tells us now is a good time for this kind of design-build project. "We have the opportunity to transform the first tower at Cross Point—what we’re calling the Kronos Tower—into a high-tech, energetic space that will encourage collaboration and innovation," he says. "High employee engagement is a strategic asset for Kronos, and the facility is befitting our 'WorkInspired' culture by promoting productivity, team happiness, and, above all, great corporate outcomes."
