“And it’s good!” As the Giants make another field goal, we caught New York State Teachers’ Retirement System’s Andy Bartell and Dougherty Funding’s Thomas Crowley watching the game on the big screen during the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Super Bowl party at the Marriott Marquis in Downtown Atlanta. Andy and Tom were on hand with a few hundred other MBA football fans glued to the TV. Andy did take a moment to tell us that the pension fund will invest $500M to $1B in properties across the country this year.
