| The exterior is done on Merritt Properties' build-to-suit for EA in Hunt Valley, called Schilling Green II (snapped Thursday), and EA will consolidate several Hunt Valley offices into the four-story, LEED Platinum building when it delivers Sept. 1. Cresa also repped RTKL in its South Bond Street renewal earlier this year and has worked with BAE Systems on several B'more-area transactions. | |
| Merritt's Lou Boeri (with colleague Dan Pallace at the groundbreaking last July) tells us TI work is under way. EA took 65k SF in the 131k building, insurance firm Willis recently signed for 22k, and Nalley Fresh will have a 2,500 SF bistro, expanding from its original Downtown spot in the SunTrust Bank Building. Two more deals (17k and 4,500 SF) should close by next month, bringing Schilling Green II to 91% occupied. |
