| The tower at 100 Federal St is derided by some as seeming to be pregnant, but apparently Boston Properties likes the look of it. Informed sources at City Hall say that there may be a $600M deal brewing for the REIT to buy the 1.3M SF Bank of America high rise in the Financial District. BofA also recently announced intentions to shed offices in New York and Charlotte. Cushman & Wakefield, which is reportedly brokering the deal here, declined to comment today. Boston Properties did not yet respond to a request for comment. |
