| We snapped Boston Properties' Bryan Koop at a recent retail event at Atlantic Wharf. At 90% leased, we all know that the office piece of the 900k SF mixed-use complex is a smash success. But we found out that leasing for the 80 Atlantic Wharf luxury rental apartment units that sit between the Greenway and the waterfront started in July, and it's already 84% leased. Seems fair to say that the CBT designed project bodes well for apartment leasing downtown. |
