Mike’s Coming to Town

HFF announced that it has brought onboard Michael Nachamkin to focus on industrial investment sales in the Northeast. Michael and his 25 years of experience (and $1.2B in sales) will be based in the Big Apple as part of HFF?s national industrial investment sales team, led by Randy Baird and Jud Clements, and plans to visit New England frequently. Prior to HFF, he was a regional partner at Oakmont Industrial Gp. based in Atlanta, did acquisitions and development in the Northeast and Canada for Prologis, and was president of Whitehall Industrial Properties. Of all his achievements, we're most impressed looking at his shelf to learn someone still owns a dictionary.
