We snapped Lincoln Property's John Miller last winter when he was hoping to bring more tenants into Two Financial Center, the first new Class A office building in the Financial District since ?03. On Monday, LPC (the developer—with ASB Capital Management and the broker) announced that Integro Insurance Brokers has taken nearly 6k SF (moving in May) to join anchor KPMG in the 220k SF building across from South Station. It's a modest size but significant, John says: ?It shows ownership?s willingness to do smaller deals.? John,Michael Edward, Jeffrey Moore and Stephanie Richard repped the landlord.
