FENWAY ON THE MOVE

Samuels & Associates just added to the nearly seven acres it controls in the Fenway; it's closed on its $530.5M purchase of Landmark Center in a JV with JP Morgan Investment Management.
We recently snapped Steve Samuels huddling with his staff at their Newbury Street office. He tells us that with the development he's already built and the land he owns in the Fenway, he envisions creating a continuous retail corridor from the Fenway through Newbury Street and the Back Bay. Acquisition of Landmark Center adds a major piece to the puzzle with its ground floor retail, offices, cinema, and parking.
