Bristol-Myers Squibb New Anchor in Kendall Square

With today's announcement that Bristol-Myers Squibb will lease 208k SF at 100 Binney St in Kendall Square, construction will start in July on the 431k SF research facility, says developer Alexandria Real Estate Equities. The newest office/lab building at the Alexandria Center at Kendall Square will be completed Q4 ’17. The 11-acre complex has 1.6M SF of new life science space. Located next to MIT, and near Harvard, Tufts and their academic medical centers, the biopharma company has access to a world-leading life science cluster.
