| Coastal Partners Michael DiGuiseppe has brought New England its first mid-size BJ?s Wholesale Club, which opened for business in Quincy?s Crown Colony Office Park late last month. While the standard 120k SF BJ?s can be hard to fit into dense urban neighborhoods, the smaller 84k SF format is just right. And BJ?s has the resources to expand, Mike says, since its bargain-price business model isn't prone to economic swings. He stresses that he built the project with union labor and has created about 200 new permanent jobs for the city. |
