ANOTHER INDUSTRIAL SALE…

You're getting tired of hearing about these, right? Of course not.Yesterday, Bentall Kennedy bought 613k SF warehouse 1900 Clark Rd in Havre de Grace for $26.4M (all cash) from a JV between Hampshire Real Estate and MCB Real Estate. Cassidy Turley's Jon Carpenter (whose team repped the seller) tells us the price is a 35%increase from when the building last sold in September 2009. Jon says that reflects a significant increase in demand for core assets, as well as the 110k SF expansion for tenant Sun Products (still leasing 100% of the building) funded by the JV in 2009.
