W.B. Mason Inks Columbia Lease

Massachusetts office supply company W.B. Mason has signed a 16-year lease for a Columbia distribution center (Guilford Industrial Park, 9420 Gerwig Lane) with Washington Capitol Partners. W.B. Mason is taking 190k SF of office and warehouse space, the Baltimore Sun reports. The site will employ 50 and sell discounted furniture and other products. [Sun]
