Yesterday, Somerset Construction and Bozzuto Management cut the ribbon on the 365-unit Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads luxury apartment community. The snippers: State Delegate Pat McDonough, Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Somerset prez Mike Caruthers, former US House Majority LeaderDick Gephardt, Baltimore County Council's John Olszewski andCathy Bevins, Bozzuto's Carol Stevens, and Somerset's Neil Greenberg. The apartments sit within the 1,000-acre (hence the size of the scissors) Baltimore Crossroads @ 95 mixed-use business community near White Marsh.
