The other night, we snapped Junior Achievement?s Jason Cooke and Reznick Group's Bill Riley at Reznick's Baltimore office holiday fete, where Bill shared a bottle of his favorite bourbon, Pappy Van Winkle (one bottle, aged 20 years, costs $230, though we assume an accountant could figure out a way to state that as ROI). Speaking of Reznick, Kurt Sturn just joined their downtown office. His real estate clients include hotels and distributors. (He founded Sturn Wagner Lombardo & Co in Annapolis.) Kurt's a former treasurer of the Annapolis Yacht Club and sails everywhere, even Dubai.
One more stocking stuffer before we bounce for the holidays: new leases! Non-profit The League for People With Disabilities signed for 8k SF at Merritt?s Orchard Business Park in Towson (pictured) and donated clothing distributor CMRK took 18k SF at Lansdowne Industrial Park in Baltimore. We're going to need a bigger mantle.
