BACK IN THE FAMILY

Greenfield Partners has tapped Manekin to manage the 20 Columbia flex buildings it bought from ProLogis in January. The fun part is that Manekin is the firm that originally developed and leased the 600k SF (Oakland Ridge, Gateway Crossing, and above Columbia Business Center) in the mid '80s. Manekin sold the portfolio in '01 to AMB, which later merged with ProLogis, which sold it to Greenfield in January.
