For just $1.5M you can own your own piece of Texas history, an entire (albeit only 1.6-acre) town. Bankersmith, Texas, nestled in the Texas Hill Country outside Fredericksburg, near Luckenbach, was put up for sale by Bikinis "breastaurant" founder Doug Geller.

Geller purchased the town 4.5 years ago with the intent of turning it into a unique destination. He renamed the town to Bikinis, Texas, and created a Hall of Fame for the bikini. The scantily clad waitresses and drunken patrons didn't sit well with local residents, and the town reverted back to Bankersmith after three years.

What does $1.5M buy you? 1.6 acres with a music venue, Bankersmith Hall, an event space for weddings, a corporate retreat center, three bars and an outdoor stage.
