Regent Details Buckhead Project

We told you here first that Regent Partners is moving forward with its Buckhead tower plans. And we've got the details: According to the firm's proposal filed with the Buckhead Development Review Committee, it's proposing a 550k SF tower that will include 50 condo units and a second 300-unit apartment tower. Regent's David Allmen previously told us Regent planned to incorporate multifamily in the new tower concept.
