Jamestown Alums Converting Ottley Drive Warehouse to Office

Two Jamestown Properties alumni are embarking on their first office redevelopment in Atlanta. Third & Urban—founded by Hank Farmer and Pierce Lancaster—have filed permits for 165 Ottley Dr, a 52k SF former warehouse in West Atlanta right next door to SweetWater Brewing Co. The plan is to turn the property into “alternative office space,” according to documents. Hank and Pierce could not be reached for comment, but sources familiar with the redevelopment plans say Third & Urban will leave the exterior largely untouched; it's the interior where the magic will happen. The first floor will be cleared for interior car parking, while the second floor will be redeveloped for offices.
