Regent Eyes Apartments For Concourse

While we're awaiting news on whether Regent Partners will go spec on a Buckhead office tower, the firm is moving forward on a mixed-use apartment project at Concourse Corporate Center. Called Concourse Apartments, Regent filed plans with regional planners for a six-story building with 300 apartment units and 8,500 SF of restaurant space connected to 182k SF of existing office space.

And Regent's David Allmen dropped another bombshell on us: The developer may even build an apartment project attached to its planned Buckhead office tower. As we reported last week, Regent is still mulling the possibility of going spec on what it now calls 3354 Peachtree, an office project that could exceed 500k SF behind Parkway Properties' One Capital City Plaza.
