RADCO Details Latest Buys

We have more details on the recent RADCO Cos purchase of Andover at East Cobb and The Crossing at McDonough, two apartment complexes totaling 554 units for $53.4M from Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors. RADCO CEO Norman Radow, who previously chatted with us about the dichotomy in the debt and equity markets when it comes to multifamily investment, plans to spend $6.5M to upgrade both properties, rebranding Andover as Winterset at East Cobb. Norman also is a panelist at this Thursday's Atlanta Capital Markets event at the St. Regis (few remaining tickets here).
