Pollack Shores Buckhead Project Revealed

Atlanta-based The Preston Partnership is revealing a first glimpse of what will become of a soon-to-be-razed Buckhead mid-rise office building. Here are renderings for what is called The Flats at Howell Mill, a 345-unit, four-story apartment project that will replace 1888 Emery, a 30k SF office building sandwiched between Howell Mill and Collier roads by prolific multifamily developer Pollack Shores. Preston Partnership designed the project, and has posted renderings on its website.

We first reported here how Pollack Shores purchased 1888 Emery (here) with plans to redevelop the site for a multifamily project. According to Preston Partnership, the project will include a “resort-style pool,” outdoor kitchen, a fire pit with sitting area, a fitness center, and a seven-level, 550-space parking deck. Officials with Pollack Shores did not return calls seeking comment.
