Why Prologis Isn't Going Spec

Expansion is a word on every industrial tenants' tongue. That's why we're excited to learn about what opportunities are out there at our 5th annual Atlanta Industrial Real Estate Summit next week. Prologis is one company that wants to go spec, but panelist Greg Bradley says it's not jumping in—at least just yet.

While Prologis has targeted a possible 250k SF spec warehouse at Prologis Park Buford—something Greg will be highlighting at our event—its main strategy is "lying in wait" for various build-to-suit projects floating around to deliver first. “A lot of companies have held off for so long, they just have to make decisions," he says. Greg is snapped above at this year's Courage Classic, a three-day, 157-mile bike ride on Copper Mountain, Colo., where he helped raise $100k for Children's Colorado Hospital. Find out more from Greg and other top experts at our event at the Hyatt Regency on Aug. 19. Sign up now!
