Seefried Nabs Nalara Operation in Morrow

Another third-party logistics firm is taking a chunk of South Fulton space. Nalara inked a 200k SF deal at Southlake Distribution Center (7135 Southlake Pkwy). It's a coup for Seefried Properties' Doug Smith (here, after extensive plastic surgery, with his son Will), who now has barely 100k SF left to lease at his firm's Morrow complex after a string of recent deals there. In the past year, Seefried leased 650k SF in five deals at the complex, including Jacobson, UPS and Devgiri Exports. “There's just been a bevy of leasing activity down there. It's a market that has tightened overnight,” Doug says. Scotland Wright's Michael Tucker repped Nalara.
