Fresh from a big industrial deal, NAI Brannen Goddard's Nathan Anderson and Darren Butler celebrated with b-ball and brews at an Atlanta Hawks game earlier this week with Seefried Properties' Doug Smith and Mohr Partners Mike Rapp. Nathan and Darren inked a 168k SF deal with AmWare Logistics at 4005 Newpoint Place, a 414k SF distribution facility in Lawrenceville owned by DCT Industrial. Mike repped the tenant.
