Duke Scores Big Build-To-Suit In Camp Creek

Duke Realty scored a big, build-to-suit project for its Camp Creek Business Center.

Armada Warehouse Solutions has inked a long-term lease for a new, 448k SF facility at 3707 North Commerce Drive in East Point within the 400-acre Camp Creek park. The property, originally slated by Duke Realty to be a spec warehouse, is just off Interstate 285 at the corner of Camp Creek Parkway and North Commerce Drive, and will include more than 100k SF of freezer/cooler space.

The project is expected to deliver by this summer. JLL's Kris Bjorson, Chris Watts and Alan Clayton brokered the deal for Armada while Duke's Wes Hardy represented the REIT.
