Amazon Headed To Braselton?

Could the world's largest online retailer be establishing another major distribution facility in Atlanta?

Numerous sources tell us Amazon.com is in talks with Atlanta-based TPA Group to take down its entire Broadway Distribution Center in Braselton. The 614k SF facility was built on spec last year by the firm, and has direct access to I-85. It's being marketed by CBRE. TPA officials did not return calls seeking comment. If the deal is consummated, this would be among the handful of distribution facilities for Amazon in Atlanta, including a 300k SF facility with Duke Realty at Camp Creek Business Center that it inked in 2014.
