Noble Revealed As Mystery Midtown Hotel Developer

Mystery solved! Atlanta-based Noble Investments is using a parking lot near Bank of America Plaza as a site for its latest Atlanta hotel, a story we first reported here.

While the flag was not revealed, Midtown Alliance did announce that Noble petitioned the group over its plans for a hotel designed by tvsdesign with 238 rooms and a 250-space parking garage at 640 Peachtree, a surface lot in the heart of Midtown.

According to a summary of the Alliance's development review committee meeting this week, Noble was asked to "embrace the contextually sensitive" area in its hotel design given its proximity to the Fox Theatre, the Georgian Terrace and the Ponce Condominiums. Noble is slated to return to a future meeting with rendering updates.
