Former Rosser HQ To Become Newest Midtown Hotel

Another boutique hotel is headed to Midtown in a move that will erase the existence of a small office building formerly home to Rosser International.

As we first reported here, Jackson Corporate Real Estate sold 524 W Peachtree St, the 63k SF office building, as part of a larger portfolio selling spree in Metro Atlanta.

The buyer, ID'd as Solo Tesfaye in state records, plans to convert the 1928 vintage property into a 175-room boutique hotel. Avison Young's Matt Tritschler, Phil Barry and Hilton Barry brokered the transaction.
