A vacant Midtown parcel could be seeing a new boutique hotel. But the name of the operator remains a mystery.
Atlanta architectural firm Drey Philip Peters filed an application with the City of Atlanta to develop a five-story, 96-room hotel at 1008 Hampton St, a vacant parcel near the intersection of 10th Street and Northside Drive, across from the 10side Apartments. The permit, which is seeking to rezone the site for commercial use, seeks also to add 75 parking spaces in a two-level deck for the 45k SF hotel. Calls to the architect were not returned by press time.
