WHERE THE FIRE?

We snapped this of what has become to some a mystery building. If you?ve driven through midtown lately, you too may have seen it under construction and wondered: Is Atlantic Station getting more spec office space? More residential? The answers are no and no. This will be a fire station for the city of Atlanta. Brasfield & Gorrie was selected to build Atlantic Station Firehouse #11, a two-story steel framed building with brick veneer. The 15k SF contains 15 living quarters, seven showers/restrooms, underground fuel system, kitchen, generator, and fireman parking lot.
