An Atlanta tech firm worth watching: JouleX, which has had two significant announcements recently. First, it raised close to $2M. Then, last week, Tom Noonan, one of Atlanta's tech superstars took over as CEO. Tom was co-founder and CEO of Internet Security Systems, which sold to IBM for $1.5B. (Yeah, B as in Billion.) JouleX is a green IT company specializing in sustainable energy management systems for the enterprise. Tom says, ?JouleX will do for energy management what ISS did for Internet security … something the world has not yet seen.?
