Sweet Deal in Gwinnett

SugarOak has purchased two office parks in Norcross—Crossings Center IV (53k SF) and Crossings Center VI (110k SF)—which the Virginia-based developer plans to revitalize. Situated in Atlanta's northeast submarket, Crossings Center IV is off Peachtree Parkway and comprises five buildings. Crossings Center VI is a nine-building complex off Holcomb Bridge Road. The seller of both parks is Berkadia,  a company with ties to Warren Buffett. SugarOak asset manager John MacDonell says he's confident the properties ?can once again be two of the premier office parks within the area.?
