SoBo Sells For Beau

SoBo—where south Buckhead meets north Midtown—has been overlooked for years. Now investors and developers are quickly grabbing up what they can due to the zoning potential (never underestimate the seismic power of lines on a map), says Highgate Partners' Beau Terrell, here with his fiancé Emily Rose Brown on their recent trip to San Diego. He recently sold 1795 Peachtree, a 35k SF office building, to City Storage for $3.4M. He also helped unload 1781 Peachtree, a 12k SF office building for Leading the Way, to an undisclosed buyer for $2.8M.
