Skyline Seven Real Estate president Ken Holzer is seen here calmly, rationally discussing business with brother/senior VP Ryan. Ryan, who came on board in January 2010, has helped grow the full-service, landlord brokerage and management company into a 4M SF portfolio focused on commercial landlord representation. Skyline Seven serves a wide range of clients from REITS to privately held concerns. In fact, the HT Group (approximately 20 properties including the West End Mall) outsourced its entire portfolio to the firm at the beginning of the year. The company employs 16 with its portfolio spanning Georgia and Tennessee.
