Stonebridge III, located in Sanctuary Park in the North Fulton submarket, has been awarded LEED Silver, the first office building in the submarket to do so. The building is owned by Sanctuary Park Holdings and is leased and managed by Jones Lang. Sustainable features include: recycling of concrete, wood, paper/drywall, and metals from construction; an irrigation system fed from a storm water-replenished on-site lake; an energy-efficient HVAC system;LED lighting; water-saving products in restrooms; and a recycling program in which all recyclables are collected each night from desk-side containers. The 162k SF building was completed in 2008 and is 90% leased to Delta Dental.
