Transwestern gave out its national awards for performance in 2009 last week, and two local brokers were among 'em. Greg Baxendale(left) was named Best Cinematographer…no, wait, Top Producer in the Southeast, and also to the Champions Club, recognizing Transwestern's top 25 producers. His deals last year included 80k SF for engineering firm Enercon and several deals here and in Chicago for healthcare company NovaMed. Jeff Taylor was awarded the national Newcomer Award, as TW's most successful new broker. He came to Transwestern from CB last spring. |
