Fortunately we hang at bars a bit, so we could snap this unscheduled happy hour that broke that out Friday at Midtown's cool new Ri Ra:Amanda Shailendra, who joins the Atlanta Development Authority next month, BKV's Andria Sanchez, Shailendra Group's Elizabeth Scott, and Arnall Golden's Seth Cohen (getting in the right frame of mind  to cheer on Maryland at the ACC tournament this weekend).

 

Across the bar, we found Cushman tenant rep Ken Ashley, right, chatting up State Rep. Rashad Taylor about MARTA finances (no solutions reported). We hasten to note that others spotted—from AIG Global Real Estate, Kaufman Realty Group, Daniel Corp, VeenendaalCave and Jamestown—also exhibited exemplary manners. Cameras do wonders.
