Panattoni Going Spec in McDonough?

Could another spec warehouse project be on the horizon? Panattoni and MeLife have purchased the Lambert Farms 183-acre site in Henry County off exit 216 on I-75 in Henry County.  The site allows Panattoni/MetLife to develop 3M SF in two buildings. Panattoni's Dayne Pryor could not be reached for comment, but sources say the firm intends to grade the site for 1.5M SF of spec warehouse the first half of 4Q14.
