ON THE FORECLOSURE FRONT

A perusal of the most-recent foreclosure ads in The Daily Report reveals not only high profile commercial properties. Even the limited-service hotel market is being hit. We snapped this yesterday of 1200 Virginia Ave, about a mile from Hartsfield-Jackson  airport. The hotel is scheduled for auction May 4 at the Fulton County Courthouse unless an agreement can be reached for payment of a $10.5M  loan. Though it looks like a Red Roof Inn to us, hotel staff says it's been reflagged Atlanta Airport Inn.
