Henry County?s industrial market is getting a new wardrobe. With enough pants to fill 800K SF.

 

Phillips-Van Heusen  inked for 20 years and 800K SF at 127 Liberty Industrial Parkway in McDonough, making it one of the largest industrial leases  this year, sources tell us. The company will use the facility to distribute its clothing brand. Cushman & Wakefield's Ray Stache brokered the deal for Van Heusen, while Resource Real Estate's Mark Hawks and Nathan Pramik repped the landlord. All three declined to comment for this story. Perhaps we shouldn't have approached them in the dressing room.
