NEW TENANT FOR BROOKWOOD

This morning  we snapped this of Coro Realty's  69k SF Brookwood Square  at Peachtree and Colonial Homes Drive in south Buckhead, where AbsoluteCARE is moving from Loehmann?s Plaza. A full-service private provider specializing in family practice, chronic care, infectious diseases, and tropical medicine, it's signed a 10-year lease for 16K SF and will move in June. Colliers International's Michael Lipton and John Thornton repped AbsoluteCARE, while Jeff Fortner of McWhirter Realty repped Coro. Based on the sign advertising medical office space, it appears Coro is trying to position the center (near Piedmont Hospital) for more tenants like AbsoluteCARE. And while we're pouring on the plaudits, let?s point out that the Lipton-Thornton team has also repped computer products/solutions firm Racemi in its renewal and extension at 360 Interstate North Office Park in Cobb County. Peter Kasian repped owner Tishman Speyer in that 9K SF deal.
