New Sheriff on Howell Mill

An Atlanta real estate family that traces its lineage to the mid-1800s is still full of life. Quill Healey II, whose family history includes landmark properties such as the Healey Building and William-Oliver Building downtown, continues to grow his budding retail empire.

Yesterday we snapped this of Quill?s latest addition, an incredibly busy stretch of Howell Mill Road in Buckhead that's home to a popular Willy?s Mexican Grill, a post office, and one of Atlanta's longest-standing McDonald?s. Quill and partner Eric Weatherholtz, principals of Healey Weatherholtz Properties, acquired the 5-acre site for $5.7M.
